She is certified in Craniosacral therapy, Advanced Prenatal Massage, and Table Thai Massage.
Her techniques include: Swedish, Orthopedic, Deep Massage, Prenatal, Assisted stretching,
Body mobilization, Craniosacral Therapy.
Combining these modalities can help clients with stress and pain management, release
tension, reset the nervous system and guide the body and mind towards balance.
In her free time she likes to be outdoors, spending time with her daughter and family
